Human Resources Department

Department Roles:

The HR Department oversees the Council’s leadership and culture, and ensures compliance with employment and labor laws. The department is responsible for the Council’s workforce by ensuring a competent work force in order to achieve organizational goals and strategy. It is also responsible for the attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees to enhance performance.
